Too often, clients in both single event and mass tort cases do not receive adequate advice about how to preserve needs-based government benefits (Medicaid, SSI, etc.).
Your firm cannot afford to get bogged down providing needs-based government benefit advice to all of your clients.
This was the catalyst for the creation of the Government Benefit Preservation Group.
At the Government Benefit Preservation Group, our industry-leading government benefit planning attorneys provide legal advice about government benefits to your clients, and then we help your clients implement that advice.
Rather than simply sharing general information with your clients and hoping they take the necessary action, we ensure they have a plan in place and are protected before you distribute settlement proceeds. Our streamlined process preserves your clients' benefits and protects your firm's liability.
